Parcel 6 

I-195 DISTRICT - PROVIDENCE, RI
Parcel 6 was created by the relocation of Interstate 195 which cut through the core of downtown Providence.  This newly created development parcel encompasses about 1.5 Acres is and is situated prominently on the East Side of the City along Wickenden Street and easily accessed from Exit 2 off the newly relocated I-195. 

The development proposed includes 62 units of elegantly designed apartments including approximately 50% of the units at below market rates to provide much needed housing for the city's workforce.  The development plan is anchored  by a national grocery store which will occupy a free standing 13,000 SF store.

A total of three buildings are integrated across the site by a shared parking deck and garage that houses 162 parking spaces and serves the grocery store as well as the other residential and retail uses.
