CRANSTON, RI
The redevelopment of the former Cranston Johnston Catholic Regional School site integrated 49 units of market rate housing into the existing St. Mark’s Church campus adjoining Garden City Center in Cranston, RI.

The vacant catholic school building was gut renovated and restored to accommodate 20 units of contemporary rental units dubbed the 45 POP LOFTS.

Additionally, a new building consisting of 29 apartments with underground parking for 35 cars and elevator access to all levels was constructed on the former playground and parking area.

The project is located adjoining the region’s premier pedestrian-oriented, upscale shopping destination putting residents of the project steps away from dining, shopping, cafes, and other daily services.
